How do I make a reservation?
Accommodation enquiries can be made via e-mail or by telephone. We require a deposit equal to the cost of the first nights stay per person to secure the accommodation. This deposit can be paid via Debit/Credit card over the telephone or by Cheque throught the Post. Please refer to our Contact Us and Terms and Conditions of Booking pages.

How far is the B&B from Blackpool Tower?
We are about 5 minutes walking time from Blackpool Tower and centrally located for Shops, Pubs, Clubs and Theatres. The Blackpool Syndicate Nightclub is less than 5 muinutes from our Guesthouse. |

Where is the Guesthouse situated?
The Mar-Ray is situated adjacent to Blackpool North Railway Station. We are about 2 minutes from North Promenade and Blackpool North Pier. |

What are the arrival and departure times of the B&B?
Check in time is from 12 midday. Earlier arrivals are welcome to leave luggage should their accommodation not be ready. Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged prior to arrival date. Check out time is 10am to facilitate cleaning of rooms for new arrivals. |

What facilities can I expect in my room?
All accommodation rooms have Colour TV, Tea and Coffee Making facilities, Central Heating, Shower , Soap and Towels as standard.
En-suite rooms have full facilites. All rooms contain showers. There are no baths in our Guesthouse. |

Where can we park?
We do not have parking of our own but parking is available from £2.00 for 24 hours within a couple of minutes of our Guesthouse. |

Do you accept Group bookings at your Bed and Breakfast?
We are sorry but we do not cater for Stag and Hen parties. Single sex bookings are restricted to a maximum of four. |

Do you have facilites for Disabled Guests?
We do not curently have rooms specifically adapted for the disabled at our Bed and Breakfast. All accommodation rooms are located on the 1st or 2nd floors. |

Do you offer Evening Meals at your Guesthouse?
We do not offer evening meals. The Mar-Ray Guesthouse is situated very conveniently for many excellent cafes and restaurants. |

Is Breakfast is included in the Tariff at your B & B?
A full cooked breakfast is included in the tariff. |

Do you allow Pets?
We are sorry but we are unable to accept pets at our Guesthouse. |

How far from the Shops and Theatres is the Guesthouse?
Blackpool Town Centre, Blackpool Winter Gardens and Blackpool Grand Theatre are all within 3 minutes of our accommodation. |
