All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
A deposit equal to the cost of the first night per person per booking is required. Deposits may be paid by Cheque, Postal Order or Cash. All deposits are non-refundable. Please note that deposits cannot be transferred to the balance payable on arrival should the number in the party reduce.
All accounts must be settled in full on arrival by Cash only. Cheque payment cannot be accepted on arrival.
Rooms are available for check in from 1pm. If an earlier arrival is planned we can store your luggage, by prior arrangement, until such time as your room is ready. All rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to avoid payment for an extra day. If a later travel time is planned we have no facilities for storing your luggage due to Insurance restrictions. Rooms not claimed by 7pm will be re-let unless prior arrangement for late arrival is made. We are unable of offer a luggage carry to room service.
Prices quoted in the price list are subject to change. However, once your deposit has been received and your booking confirmed back to you the price quoted will not change unless you alter your booking. Any alterations to bookings must be received in good time.
In the event of any cancellations not received two weeks prior to arrival date, and the room not being re-let, the person in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover these eventualities.
Prices include full cooked breakfast. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken. No refund will be given for any premature departures.
Single occupancy of a Double room will attract a supplement of £10.00 per night.
Bank Holidays, New Year and Illuminations carry a minimum stay of 2 nights.
We do not cater for Stag or Hen parties. Single sex parties are limited to a maximum of 4 people.
It is a condition of booking that all guests conduct themselves in a responsible manner so as not to cause disturbance or annoyance to other guests. The management reserve the right to terminate any persons contract should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable. Any breakages or damage to property will be made good and the cost charged to the person in whose name the booking was made.
